Downloading:

All of our resources may be downloaded directly from the page on which they appear if your browser supports downloading. For most graphical browsers, hold down the shift key and single click on the filename. You will then be instructed for a local filename under which to store the file.

Refer to your browser's documention for further information about downloading files from the Internet.

Extracting and Viewing:

1. This file has been created using Corel Quattro Pro 8.0. To save this file, click on the appropriate link and save the file to your hard drive. To view this file you will need to open the file in Quattro Pro or a similar spreadsheet program like Lotus or Excel. Warning, minor adjustments in the file may be necessary if opened with a spreadsheet program other than Quattro Pro!
2. Once the file has been opened, converted, and any necessary changes made, it can be printed from the screen.
