Coyotes on the Move:
Changes in Distribution of Coyotes and Red Fox in North Dakota

JPG -- Picture of a red fox

What's Ahead

We don't know for sure how mange, fur market price fluctuations and other variables will affect fox, coyotes and other canids. Red fox and coyotes will probably be around at varying relative distributions and densities.

One thing you can bet on, given the dynamic nature of North Dakota canid populations, is that relative distribution will almost certainly continue to change.
