Group B-2a -- Subgroups: Hairs different lengths - Species in group B-2a have hiars that are equal to or longer than half the width of the body.

Sublateral long, dense hairs - Species in this subgroup have longer densely arranged sublateral hairs. Many of these species are Lasiocampidae.
