Monarchs			Danaus plexippus (Linnaeus), 1758
				Habitat: Widespread immigrant
				Larval food: Asclepias spp.
				Adult flight: Sparse northward immigration in spring 
				results in multiple broods; southward fall migrations 
				can be quite spectacular
				References: Royer 85, Opler & Krizek 193, Scott 229
				Confirmed occurrences: 14 Jun and 2 Aug 1995 in 
				central S4 T142N R69W; one example on transect CL002, 
				22 Aug 1996.
