  • BND: Spring White; Pontia sisymbrii (Boisduval, 1852)
  • BNA: Spring White; Pontia sisymbrii
  • NDC: POSI
  • Habitat: Windy southwestern badlands hilltops in early spring; so far known only through the persistent efforts of James Oberfoell in Golden Valley County
  • Larval food: Unconfirmed for North Dakota; certainly Cruciferae
  • (Brassicaceae), most probably Sisymbrium, Arabis
  • Adult flight: One brood, mostly in April and early May
  • References: Royer 69, Ferris & Brown 151, Scott 223
