  • NDC: CHAC
  • Habitat: Riparian canyons, meadows, mudslides in badlands
  • Larval food: Asteraceae, incl. Aster, Helianthus, Actinomeris, etc.
  • Adult flight: Two broods, May-June and July-August
  • References: Royer 133, Ferris & Brown 325, Scott 306 (under gabbii)
