for plains leopard frogs, introduced bullfrogs, narrowmouth frogs (some
areas), canyon treefrogs (likely; not found), softshell turtles, yellow
mud turtles (likely; not found) and several species of garter snakes.
In addtion, shallows are utilized for breeding by many species of amphibians. |
