Mean annual flow is ranked from highest to lowest for 1943-1992. The lowest 25 percent of the ranking were labeled dry years, while the upper 33 percent were termed wet years. The remaining years are average. The historic flows were partitioned into wet, average, and dry years accoriding to the 33 percent, 42 percent, and 25 percent distribution.
