Table 13. Instream flow targets by seasonal priorities for normal (average),
wet, and dry years for the central Platte River, Nebraska. Normal (average)
year flows will be equaled or exceeded 3 out of 4 years. Normal and wet year
target flows will be met 3 out of 4 years, and in the driest 25% of the years,
the dry year targets will be met. See Tables 13 and 14 for details on priority
pulse flows during May & June and during Fecruary & March.
