Table A1. Fish species caught from the James River at Lamoure and Ludden, ND in 24 h sets of 125 foot experimental gill nets (panels of 0.75, 1, 1.5, 1.75 and 2.0 inch (stretch measure) monofilament), 4 X 6 foot frame nets, 2 X 4 foot frame nets ( both with bags of 1/4 inch mesh), and a minow trap (1/4 inch galvanized mesh). Seining was conducted with a 4 X 15 foot bag seine with a mesh of 1/8 inch mesh in the bag. Numbers of fish caught per-unit-of -effort are in columns.
