Mallard Recruitment in the Agricultural Environment of North Dakota

Results and Discussion


During the 4 years of the study, 338 hens were equipped with radios. We obtained 5,948 telemetry locations upon which the following analyses are based. Sample sizes varied among years because of availability of birds and our success in capturing hens. Different sample sizes were available according to underlying assumptions of the analyses (Table 2).
