Gulf Return Cold front approaching, but too far away to affect weather yet; variable cloudiness and becoming warm; winds east, southeast, or south
Frontal Gulf Return2 Turbulent and stormy as cold front approaches; winds typically southwest
Frontal Overrunning2 Cloudy and rainy conditions associated with a cold front that has become stationary; winds northeast
Gulf Tropical Disturbance2 Stormy, turbulent weather associated with approaching tropical depressions or hurricanes
