Pseudorthodes irrorata [Noctuidae]
Light brown and tan coloration slightly darker above the spiracles; dorsum of A1-A8 with white streaks. Colors are variable during development and among individuals. Therefore, noctuids with this appearance should be reared for reliable identification of the species. This species is common on hazel and red alder during April and May.
