Operophtera bruceata [Geometridae]


Prominent subdorsal white band and a green body. This caterpillar is very common on many broadleaf trees and shrubs such as big-leaf maple, bitter cherry, hazel, and willow, from March to June. This species was previously well known in the Pacific Northwest as Operophtera occidentalis.
