Group B-2b -- Subgroups: Hairs very short - Species in group B-2b have hairs that are very short, whisker-like, sometimes barely visible.

Humped in profile, head concealed - Species in this subgroup are humped in profile. The head is concealed from above by the prothorax. These traits are characteristic of the Lycaenidae.
