Legal and Policy-Sensitive Aspects


I plan to collect samples on private and state lands, and federal WPA's. In accordance with USGS directives, all personnel involved with this research effort will have written permission to perform work on private, state, and federal lands. Written permission for work on private and state lands will be provided by NRCS and special use permits for work on WPA's will be granted by FWS managers.
